Shipping Policy
Our goal is to deliver products to you according to the delivery address you requested in your order and on the shipping date we specified at checkout (updated in order confirmation); if we anticipate being unable to deliver on the expected shipping date, we will attempt to notify you. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, liability, cost, damage, charge or expense to you due to delayed shipping.
Store Pickup Service (applicable to orders that have chosen to pick up at designated physical stores)
Please pick up your purchased products within 7 days according to the physical store and date selected in the online store.
When you pick up products at the physical store, you can collect your ordered goods in person or through an authorized representative. When picking up, please show our staff the email confirming your order and order number, and provide your original identification document and registered contact phone number for identity verification. If we cannot verify that the person requesting to collect the goods is you or your authorized representative, we will refuse that person to collect your order to protect your interests.
Once an order is confirmed, the pickup store you selected cannot be changed to another store.
Once an order is confirmed, unless we agree, you cannot change other colors, styles or products.
If the store you choose to pick up products is closed due to weather and other factors, you can go to that store the next day to pick up products.
Refund/Return/Order Cancellation Policy
Generally, we do not accept any product exchange or order cancellation requests.
You must immediately check whether the ordered goods are damaged and complete when you receive the goods (including delivery or pickup). If you find that the ordered product is damaged, you can call our customer service department to arrange a replacement.
If we agree that you have the right to exchange products, but we do not have the requested replacement goods in stock, we will refund the relevant amount to you (but excluding shipping or any transportation costs).
Before accepting product exchange, please show us the original shopping receipt or related electronic receipt.
After product delivery and the packaging has been opened, Nowaittech will not arrange product replacement.
Replacement goods must be returned together with complete packaging, recycling labels (if applicable), accessories, instructions and unfilled warranty certificates.
Replacement goods must not be damaged, destroyed or have been wet.
Checkout and payment process: You can use the payment methods provided on the platform or use cash on delivery.
